Those who attended the Goss Collectors Club Fair and AGM at the Metropole Hotel in Llandrindod Wells will all tell you what a great time they had. There were tables full of tempting pieces of Goss and crested china to purchase, and someone had brought along several really nice pine display cabinets which were surplus to requirements. Needless to say, these were soon snapped up.
The reception area of the hotel had an incredible display of wonderful Welsh themed pieces of mainly Goss and crested china (but it was mainly Goss!) put together by the Club’s auction Secretary, Mark. All in all, an amazing weekend which was great fun.
We don’t know where next year’s AGM and Fair will be yet, but we’ll keep you posted. If you aren’t already a Goss Collectors Club member, why don’t you consider joining? It’s all very informal, you meet like-minded collectors, and it’s a great way to expand your collection. You’d also be first in the know when there are club get togethers and where our next AGM and Fair will be!
