A preserve jar base minus a lid? Yes, but just look at the decoration! As it’s December, many households will either have acquired or intend to acquire a festive Poinsettia to decorate the house. This colourful, botanically correct decoration is shown on a W.H Goss 4″/100mm preserve jar base. Originally it would also have had a slightly domed lid with a round knop, but this is such a magnificent decoration that even without a lid we thought it was worth showing.
